Akon has received a second platinum award for Ringtones.
Earlier this year, following his first platinum ringtone certification earlier this year, the R&B star has done it again for 'I Wanna Love You'.Akon won a double dose of platinum this month. His 'Konvicted ' album was certified double platinum for sales of more than 2 million.
Double platinum was also awarded to Daughty for his self-titled album and country star Josh Turner for his 2006 album 'Your Man'.
