Australia’s favourite rock n roll soul man Dan Sultan will play two exclusive solo shows at the Toff in Town June 26 and 27, before heading overseas in July to record his long awaited third album.
Dan’s last six months have been spent working with a variety of fellow song-writers, here in Melbourne and overseas in New York and LA. The result is an inspired collection of songs for his upcoming album that are at once both classic Dan Sultan and surprisingly unexpected. His collaboration with producer Jan Skubiszewski (Way Of The Eagle) Rattlesnake is currently all over the airwaves and hints at a new direction for Sultan.
The Dan Sultan Back to Basics shows are a chance for fans of Sultan to hear the new songs played live for the first time in an intimate stripped back environment and an opportunity to be a part of the process in creating this album.
