Melbournes, "The Demon Parade" have long been lauded for their fresh take on mixing 90's style shoegaze-ah with 70's psychedelia, without sounding derivative. The band have been working with heads down and bottoms up to put the finishing touches on their brand new E.P "Feathers" to be released later in the year.
"She's Gonna Be A Star " is the second single from the forthcoming E.P, the first being "All The Cool Kids" which was released late last year. " She's Gonna Be A Star" is as catchy as it's name suggests with a great chugging rhythm underneath dreamboat vocals and peppered with dramatic hooks that are enhanced by the applauding hammond organ that would most definitely herald the catchy chorus with jazz hands if it had the appendages to do so.
The Demon Parade will be launching 'She's Gonna Be A Star' at Melbourne's The Workers Club on Saturday September 1 with special guests Wildcat General Strike.
