dave graney and the mistLY (thats how it is spelt) are to release a rock 'n’roll album in the second half of 2012 and has been identified as being a self titled 12 track upvibed, loud and smart masterpiece. In the meantime Dave Graney has written, recorded and played all instruments on " King Of the Dudes".
" King of The Dudes" articulates with the help of electro sounds and funky whispers that time out taken for ones own self, away from everything, even your own thoughts will give you what it takes to be King of The Dudes. The lyrics paint a delicious picture;
I'd sit under the cool canopy of a perfumed tree /sippin licorice tea /I'd shun the trouble of conversation/
the displeasure of memory/the vanity of thought.
