The Australian Music Prize will be back this year to independently judge the "best" album of 2006.
Last year the Australian Music Prize donated $25,000 to The Drones after a pool of 61 judges churned through entries from all corners of the musical spectrum to collectively decide their album "Wait Long By The River..." was the "best" of 2005.So do you think you have the "best" album of 2006? Well entries will ONLY be open during October and November, so as to avoid the Christmas rush of last year, so be sure to stay tuned as details become available.
Also, there will be around 100 judges this year, including most of the judges from last year (excluding those who have other commitments).
