Amy Winehouse has reportedly finished her new album but the release will be delayed as she’s gone back into rehab.
UK rag The People report that Winehouse’s record label were just days away from scheduling a release date for her new album, the first since her massive breakthrough effort of 2007 Back To Black.
But they’ve had to hold their horses, as Winehouse has admitted herself back into rehab at the Priory, where she has been twice before.
The People quotes an anonymous source at the label as saying, “She is back in rehab for the foreseeable future so it is just a question of waiting and seeing now. But there is no way they can give a specific release date until they know when she is likely to be out."
Winehouse has live appearances booked from June 18 to August 15 in Serbia, Turkey, Greece, Spain, Switzerland, Italy, Poland, Hungary and Romania.
