Fans of the late Bill Hunter have been invited to attend his memorial service in Melbourne on Thursday.
Hunter, one of Australia’s most recognised faces, died on Saturday at the age of 71 after a battle with cancer.
Hunter was known around the world for his parts in iconic Australian movies like ‘Muriel’s Wedding’ and The Adventures of Priscilla, Queen of the Desert’.
Tributes from The Australian Prime Minister and Bill’s peers like Russell Crowe have flowed in since the news of his death.
The Bill Hunter Memorial Service will be held at the Princess Theatre in Melbourne at 2pm Thursday, May 26.
