The American chart is looking rather sedate this week with no superstar debuts and a return to the top by Adele.
Britney Spears ‘Femme Fatale’ is expected to drop back to number two this week while Wiz Khalifa ‘Rolling Papers’ could drop down to 5. Adele ‘21’ has been a consistent seller since its release and with the sudden impact of both Britney Spears and Wiz Khalifa waning fast, the British singer is sure to take back power atop the American chart on Thursday.
The only new album expected to debut this week is ‘American Tragedy’ by Hollywood Undead, probably at 3, according to Hitsdailydouble.com.
The new ‘Tron Legacy Reconstructed’ soundtrack is expected to be the only other Top 20 debut but outside the Top 10 and with sales of only around 20,000. The original ‘Tron Legacy’ soundtrack is sitting just outside the Top 30.
