BRUCE KNOCKS ADELE OFF NUMBER 1 SPOT IN THE U.S ALBUM CHARTS

Bruce Springsteen has done what many thought may never have been done. Wrecking Ball has outsold Adele's "21" by around 1300 copies.

Wrecking Ball is Springsteen and The E Street Band's 10th number one album in U.S chart history, the first being "The River" in 1980 and the ninth being " Working On A Dream" released in 2009.

Adele still sits in second place, and who knows what will happen in the forthcoming weeks. Will she retrieve her crown? Thirteen hundred copies is not a whitewash.
