Buffalo Springfield, featuring the original band of Neil Young, Stephen Stills and Richie Furay, will reunite for their first American tour in 42 years in June.
Neil’s bass player Rick Rosas will fill in for the late Bruce Palmer and Crosby, Stills & Nash drummer Joe Vitale will fill in for the late Dewey Martin, completing the band.
"It's hard to believe 42 years have passed since we played together as the Buffalo Springfield," says Richie Furay. "Over the years, music never stopped flowing from each of us, and it's come 'full circle,' if you will. And now, we get to share our hearts with you again—yes, Buffalo Springfield again!"
Buffalo Springfield formed in 1966. They released three albums and recorded the classics ‘For What Its Worth’, ‘Mr Soul’ and ‘Nowadays Clancy Can’t Even Sing’.
In October 2010, the band reformed for the Pegi Young Bridge School Benefit.
