Canadian songstress Neko Case teams up with San Fran duo The Dodos on their new album.
Pitchfork reports that the solo songwriter and occasional New Pornographer has apparently joined the group.
Following their 2009 album Time To Die, the indie rockers shed a member in vibraphonist Keaton Snyder.
Their forthcoming fourth album No Color will feature Case on about half of the eleven tracks.
Dodos frontman Meric Long also spoke about influences, including Neil Young, Ramones, and Billy Corgan, and promised “’90s riffs” on the album.
No Color will be released on March 14 internationally on Wichita Recordings.
