Sunny LA indie outfit Foster The People book a string of Australian dates.
The Hollywood trio have been lauded by the UK press, the Guardian naming them Band Of The Day and NME putting them among the 50 Best New Bands of 2010.
You might know them best for the breezy single ‘Pumped Up Kicks’, humming along with bounding bass, surf guitar and the laconic, addictive “All the other kids with the pumped up kicks” refrain.
Well now get to know them far better, as they prepare an EP and an album and plot three shows up the East Coast next February.
Tickets for the tour go on sale Monday 20 December from Oztix, Moshtix and the venues.
