Father Ted was one of the funniest shows on TV in the 90s. Ardal O’Hanlon played Father Dougal McGuire in the 25 episodes made between April 21 1995 and May 1 1998.
After Father Ted, O’Hanlon went on to star in My Hero for six years and 51 episodes.
In 2011, Ardal O’Hanlon will tour Australia.
Dates kick off in on April 13 and go through Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide and Brisbane.
