This year I heard a lot and loved very little. But what I loved, I really, really, really loved.
Less a ‘Best Of’ and more a ‘What I Liked’, here are my nine most-listened-to albums of 2010. Some (Kanye, Lil Wayne’s mixtape, Sleigh Bells, Arcade Fire) were far more listened-to than others. Note: The best single was easily 'Bang Bang Bang' by Mark Ronson featuring Q-Tip and MNDR.
Honorable mentions: Cabins, Mark Ronson, Hungry Kids Of Hungary, Cancer Bats, Ghost, The Like.
Albums I should listen to more: Flying Lotus, Richard In Your Mind, Brian Eno, Titus Andronicus, The Sword, Seabellies, MGMT, Robyn, Tame Impala, Janelle Monae, Tinie Tempah, B.o.B., Ted Leo.
