Following their addition to Big Day Out and Sydney Fest, cute indie duo Matt And Kim book a Melbourne show.
The Brooklynites have just released their bouncy, poppy, scrappy third album called Sidewalks.
Art school grads, and off-and-on couple, Matt and Kim divvy up the artistic conceits around the band too, he conceptualizing clips (including the Times Square nudie run on for ‘Lessons Learned’) and her designing merch and cover art.
They were just added to the full run of the Big Day Out after popping up at the Sydney Festival.
Now Melburnians get to bop along to their keyboard ditties at the Corner Hotel on February 2 next year.
They’ll be joined by locals Howl and Naysayer & Gilson.
Tickets go on sale next Monday 29 November from venue and Polyester Records.
