Jazz musician Albare will stream the live performance for his new album ‘Travel Diary’ tonight from The Basement in Sydney.
‘Travel Diary’ is the second album in a year from Albare, who also released two albums through Festival Records in the early 90s.
He is also the founder of the Australian Jazz Bell Awards and has been involved in promoting jazz music in Australia with Melbourne International Jazz Festival.
‘Travel Diary’ features nine original pieces composed by Albert Dadon (Albare) plus a cover of American jazz trumpeter Kenny Durham’s standard ‘Blue Bossa’.
