The Snowdroppers are the first band from the Australian contingency to announce their invitation to South by Southwest in Austin, TX next year.
Guitarist Pauly K said in a statement: “We are extremely happy to be part of the 2011 SXSW in Austin Texas, we're even happier about visiting the home of BBQs, Shotguns and Capital Punishment”.
The band are fresh off a successful national tour with Grinspoon and have one special show planned in Sydney where they will be joined by a four piece brass section.
