The next album in Sony’s Essential series will be The Essential Rick Price.
Price hit big on the Australian chart with ‘Heaven Knows’ in 1992. The album was also a big hit in Asia and Europe.
In November 1992, Price won the APRA Song of the Year for the title track and won him Album of the Year at the APRA Awards as well as Song of the Year at the APRA Awards for ‘Walk Away Renee’.
His follow-up album ‘Tambourine Mountain’ gave him another hit song with ‘River Of Love’.
