Estranged couple Britney Spears and Kevin Federline have reached a short-term agreement on the custody of their two children.
The boys - Sean Preston (15 months) and Jayden James (4 months) - are increasingly resembling pawns in the ugly separation. Federline is said to be using custody claims as leverage to bypass the prenuptial agreement, in order to claim a larger slice of Britney's $120 million fortune.Court documents published on the website TMZ.com revealed that the children will remain primarily with their mother. Federline will be allowed to visit them for four hours, three times a week. Federline also gave permission for Britney to takes the kids to Florida for a week at the end of the month.
It is believed the agreement is valid only for the month of January.
