The almighty Slayer are releasing an eleven-record box set (with ten albums) containing all of the material from Def/American Recordings.
The box includes albums 'Reign In Blood' (1986), 'South of Heaven' (1988), 'Seasons In The Abyss' (1990), 'Decade of Aggression (Live)' (1991), 'Divine Intervention' (1994), 'Undisputed Attitude' (1998), 'God Hates Us All' (2001), 'Christ Illusion' (2006) and 'World Painted Blood' (2009).The albums have been remastered from the original tapes.
The set only misses out on the band's first two albums, 'Show No Mercy' (1983) and 'Hell Awaits' (1985), but covers a majority of the band's iconic career.
The box set will be released on October 12, 2010 and can be ordered by clicking on here, although that link will only do you any good if you live in the States.
We'll have to wait and see whether this will get a local release. Fingers crossed.
