A limited edition, complete box set from UK legends The Smiths is on the way.
Pitchfork reports that label Rhino is planning a massive box set containing virtually everything the Morrissey-led band ever released.
The Smiths Complete - Deluxe Collectors Box Set will contain all eight albums (four studio, one live and three compilations), remastered by Johnny Marr and Frank Arkwrigh, on CD and vinyl.
It’ll also include a whopping 25 7-inch singles, a poster of their album and single cover art, a DVD of all of their music videos, 12-inch prints of all their album cover art, an eight-page booklet of expanded liner notes, and a code to digitally download everything as well.
There will only be 3000 of these made, but fans can still buy all the albums as either a CD box set or a limited edition vinyl version.
All editions will be available on October 3 and can be pre-ordered from Rhino’s UK webstore here.
