Last year after Elvis Costello made a sojourn into the world of country and bluegrass music and now he’s following it up with more of the same.
The British singer's next album will be entitled 'National Ransom' and sees him once again team up with legendary Americana producer T-Bone Burnett.The cover is a fantastic take on various global currencies with a picture of a rather dapper looking wolf racing off with a bag full of flaming cash.
The album was recorded in Nashville and Los Angeles. It will be in stores on October 1 in Australia, October 25 in Europe and November 2 in North America.
