Jason Derulo can already be called a veteran performer. He has been performing since he was 5-years old and wrote his first song when he was 8.
"It has been a very long time," he tells Undercover News. "When I tell people it has been such a long road they are like 'oh please you are only 20'. When you have been doing something your whole life it really feels like forever".Jason was 8-years old when he wrote his first song for a girlfriend. It was called 'Crush On You' but it isn't on the new album. "No, that's a shame," he says.
He wrote the song for a girl called Amy. "I wanted to do something for her. I thought maybe she'd take me out for a baloney sandwich. I decided to write her the song but I never sang it for her".
At age 20, Jason tells us he has written over 3000 songs.
