Ross Wilson, John Farnham and Tex Perkins have been shortlisted for a Helpmann Award for their recent performances.
They will compete for the Best Australian Contemporary Concert award to be handed out at the 10th annual Helpmann Awards on September 6 from the Opera Theatre at the Sydney Opera House.Wilson is in the final five for his '5 Decades of Cool' show. Farnham gets the nod for 'Live By Demand' and Tex Perkins has been nominated for 'The Man In Black: The Johnny Cash Story".
The RockWiz National Tour 2010 and Dirty Three & Laughing Clowns were also nominated in the category.
The Helpmann Awards honour live entertainment in Australia.
Also included this year is the Best International Contemporary Concert award.
