The ever busy Tex Perkins is back with fellow Dark Horses, Charlie Owen, Joel Silbersher, James Cruickshank, Murray Paterson, Stephen Hadley and Gus Agars with a new album and supporting tour.
The album titled "Everyone’s Alone" showcases yet another side to Perkins songwriting. While still filled with his trademark gravel-tainted vocals and poetic reveries, this record is a mature, poignant follow up to 2011’s Dark Horses self titled debut.
No surprises with the track titles, even though the album is supposed to reflect a poignancy, it is obvious they are from the same man who co-penned Butcher Shop classics such as Hard for You and Control Yourself.
