Stone Temple Pilots have signed a world-wide deal for their music to be published by Universal Music Publishing Group.
The recently reformed band will be releasing their sixth studio album ‘Stone Temple Pilots’ in May.Said David Renzer, Chairman & CEO, Universal Music Publishing Group: "We are so thrilled to now be representing the entire band, as Stone Temple Pilots have made a brilliant new album and are one of the seminal rock artists of our generation."
STP had a number one hit in America in the early 90s with ‘Plush’. It won them the Grammy for Best Hard Rock Performance in 1993.
STP songs moving to the Universal Publishing catalogue include "Interstate Love Song," "Vasoline," "Big Bang Baby" and "Trippin' On A Hole In a Paper Heart," as well as Top 10 songs "Creep," "Big Empty," "Lady Picture Show," "Tumble in the Rough," "Down," "Sour Girl," "Days of the Week," and "All in the Suit That You Wear”.
