Hell has frozen over. System of a Down frontman Serj Tankian has a hit on the US Classical Music chart
Tankian recorded ‘Elect The Dead Symphony’ in New Zealand with the Auckland Symphony Orchestra in March 2009.The album was is a orchestrated performance of Serj’s solo album ‘Elect The Dead’ featuring arrangements by New Zealand composer John Psathas.
Last week the ‘Elect The Dead Symphony’ album debuted at number two on the US Classical Music Chart and this week maintained a position in the Top 10.
