New Zealand actor Russell Crowe will receive a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame on April 12.
Crowe, who rose to fame after that chilling performance in Romper Stomper, has gone from small indie Australian film to Hollywood blockbusters.He has received Academy Award nominations for his roles in The Insider (1999), Gladiator (2000) and A Beautiful Mind (2001).
Crowe has reunited with Ridley Scott for his next movie Robin Hood where he stars alongside Aussie actress Cate Blanchett.
Russell Crowe will be the 2404th recipient of a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
Jay Leno and Ron Howard will speak at the ceremony at 6801 Hollywood Blvd on Monday April 12 at 11:30am.
