Dave Faulkner To Play Solo Gig At SXSW

Dave Faulkner, frontman for Hoodoo Gurus, is heading to Austin on Tuesday for a solo gig on Wednesday at the Conqueroo party at SXSW.

Cary Baker has taken on PR for Hoodoo Gurus in the USA and Faulkner will fly to America to sing a few tunes at Cary’s SXSW Conqueroo party.

The band is about to release ‘Purity of Essence’, the 9th Hoodoo Gurus album and only their third album for the band since 1996.

Dave Faulkner will perform at the Conqueroo party at Joe’s Bar and Grill at 506 West Ave, Austin at 1pm on Wednesday. Hang around for Steve Poltz. He is scheduled for 5pm and Aussie singer songwriter Anne McCue is logged on for 7pm.
