The L.A. coroner has ruled that Brittany Murphy died of pneumonia with complications from anemia, iron deficiency and multiple drug intoxication.
While drugs did contribute to Murphy’s death, the L.A. coroner has concluded that the death was “accidental”.Murphy died on December 20, 2009 after collapsing at her home in Rising Glen Road in the Hollywood Hills at around 8am.
911 was called and the actress was pronounced dead at around 10am.
The star of ‘Clueless’, ‘Girl Interrupted’ and ‘8 Mile’ was 32-years old.
