The `One Great Night On Earth` charity event founded by Lyndel Moore of Fine Green Paddock is on track to produce its first show next year.
Lyndel Moore founded Fine Green Paddock to put the One Great Night On Earth show on to raise money for people whose lives are destroyed by disasters, such as the Victorian Bushfires 12 months ago.“Fine Green Paddock hopes to raise between $3 and $5 million per year to assist regional Victorians in times of need resulting from environmental change,” Lyndel said in a statement.
The project hopes to “Develop a permanent support network that will assist regional Victorians who’ve suffered from the devastating affects of environmental disasters including bushfire, flood and drought”.
Lyndel Moore is currently looking for like-minded sponsors who wish to align themselves with the cause. She will also visit SXSW in Austin in March to talk to international artist management and booking agencies about the type of acts that could come to Australia for the event.
