Despite the TV show ‘Britain’s Got Talent’ not even airing in Australia, Boyle not only sold more albums than anyone else, she also had the biggest one week sales for any album since Guy Sebastian ‘Just As I Am’ in 2003.No Australian albums made the Australian Top 10 for 2009. The biggest selling Aussie album was ‘State of the Art’ by Hilltop Hoods at 12. Empire of the Sun reached 18 for ‘Walking On A Dream’ and Jessica Mauboy was at 20 with ‘Been Waiting’.
