Two and a Half Men star Charlie Sheen may have spent Christmas Day over a drunken lie.
Sheen’s wife Brooke Mueller is now claiming she was drunk when she called 911 and had her husband arrested.Mueller, Sheen’s third wife, is reported to have had a blood alcohol reading of .13 when she called police claiming domestic violence.
Sheen spent Christmas Day in an jail cell in Aspen, Colorado but was released later in the day.
Mueller is now refusing to co-operate with police and admits to being drunk at the time of her call. .13 is almost twice the legal limit in Colorado.
Sheen claimed he was trying to protect himself from his wife when he was arrested.
He will face court on February 8th, 2010.
