Susan Boyle `I Dreamed A Dream` has now sold 2.5 million copies in America after another enormous week of around 661,000 sales.
The race is well and truly on for Susan Boyle to have the number one album of the year over Taylor Swift ‘Fearless’.Swift added a further 230,000 sales to his tally this week bringing her total sales to around 2.7 million for the year, but there are still two full sales week left in the USA.
The biggest selling album of the year will be determined on January 3, 2010.
Boyle is currently selling three times the number of units Swift shifts and may beat Taylor next week. If that doesn’t happen, it will happen the week after.
‘I Dreamed A Dream’ officially became the second biggest selling album of the year in America this week, moving in front of Eminem ‘Relapse’.
