The Pope Is A Muse Fan

The Pope is a fan of Muse and 2PAC and Fleet Foxes. The three contemporary acts have made The Vatican playlist on MySpace.

In total, 8 songs were selected for the official Vatican playlist on MySpace. “This playlist is a perfect mix of classical, world and contemporary music. The genres are very different from each other, but all these artists share the aim to reach the heart of good minded people,” the message reads.

Making the list were ‘Uprising’ by Muse, ‘He Don’t Know’ by Fleet Foxes and ‘Changes’ by 2PAC.

The Vatican playlist also includes music from the Alma Mater album featuring The Pope and released through Universal Music.
