Pearl Aday, the daughter of Meat Loaf and wife of Scott Ian from Anthrax, is working on her first solo album to be called `Little Immaculate White Fox`.
Pearl is no newcomer to the music biz. She has been a backing singer for her dad as well as Motley Crue and fronted and recorded with her own band Mother of Pearl.Pearl first backed her dad in his touring band for the Bat Out Of Hell II tour in 1994. She also sang a duet with Meat Loaf on his 2003 album ‘Couldn’t Have Said It Better’.
Pearl has also sung on albums by Filter and Ace Frehley.
‘Little Immaculate White Fox’ features Scott Ian on every track and appearances from Jerry Cantrell from Alice In Chains and Ted Nugent. Ted Nugent agreed to lay down some good old ripping Nuge feedback on this blistering rock track. I wanted that power that only Uncle Ted can deliver”, says Pearl.
The album will be released in January.
