Nick Jonas of Jonas Brothers fame is heading out on the road without his brothers. Instead, he has his own band called The Administration. The Administration has a whole set of Nick that just did not fit for the Jonas Brothers.
Nick recorded the songs for his side project Who I Am with producer John Fields.
The Administration will feature Fields on bass as well as drummer Michael Bland, keyboard player Tommy Barbarella and Sonny Thompson on guitar, all from New Power Generation.
Fields, Bland and Barbarella also played on the album. The record features John Mayer/Guy Sebastian guitarist David Ryan Harris who was replaced by Thompson for the tour.
The live show will feature songs from Who I Am and some surprise covers. "With this tour we're going to try to accomplish the same thing we did in the studio. That's capturing some heart and soul in the music, and having fun doing it," Nick Jonas said in a statement.
The album will be released in February,
