The Temper Trap will return to SXSW in 2010, after grabbing buzz-band attention for their showcases this year.
SXSW today announced the first few acts that will showcase at next year’s event in Austin, Texas in March.Also performing will be Giulia y los Tellarini from Barcelona, Spain; The Hong Kong Blood Opera from Hermosillo, Mexico; Archie Bronson Outfit from London, England; Japandroids from Vancouver, Canada and CHEW LiPS from London, England.
Most acts will be notified of their acceptance to the festival by January 29 but 10 acts in Australia and 5 in New Zealand received invitations this week. More Australian and New Zealand acts will invited to SXSW next week.
SXSW Music is on March 17-21 in Austin, Texas, USA.
