James Taylor seems so excited about his forthcoming Australian tour with Carole King that he has even posted the television commercial on his website before the tour has even been officially announced.

Taylor and King announced earlier this week that they were teaming up for a world tour with the first show starting on March 27 at Rod Laver Arena in Melbourne.

The singer / songwriters have a long history together dating back to the early 70s when Taylor had a hit with King’s ‘You’ve Got A Friend’.

The first series of dates include Australia, New Zealand, Japan and the USA.

The “Troubadour Reunion’ tour dates are:

March 27, Melbourne, Rod Laver Arena
March 31, Brisbane, Entertainment Centre
April 3, Hunter Valle, Hope Arena
April 6, Sydney, Entertainment Centre
April 10, Auckland, Vector Arena
April 14, Tokyo, Budokan
April 16, Tokyo, Budokan
May 14, Los Angeles, Hollywood Bowl
