The Wellingtons `Heading North For The Winter` is finally out in Australia, with thanks to Dust Devil Music.
Dust Devil Music founder Steve Horvat came across the band and wanted them on his Dust Devil Music label right away.Dust Devil Music has a small roster including Charles Jenkins, Blackchords and former Semisonic singer Dan Wilson.
Horvat, a huge Weezer fan, immediately connected with the power pop sound of The Wellingtons and wanted to release them for Australia.
While an Aussie band, The Wellingtons ‘Heading North For The Winter’ has already been released in more than 2 dozen countries and made the end of year Top 10 best albums list in Brazil.
The Wellingtons will perform at The Espy in St Kilda tonight and at an in-store at Pure Pop Records in St Kilda on Saturday.
