Bulky troubadour Pete Murray has separated from his wife of three years.
According to a report in The Australian, the split has been confirmed by a source “very close to the band”.Murray was with his wife Amanda Couttis for over a decade, but only tied the knot three years ago at a wedding in Byron Bay.
The pair are understood to have split over a month ago and have been sharing custody of their two kids, Charlie (5) and Pedro (2).

In other, more uplifting Pez Muzz news, he is heading off to a quick whip around the U.K. and Ireland (and one in The Netherlands) in “solo intimate acoustic mode”.
There is no word on Australian dates just yet.
