Just days after her first performance on the Britain’s Got Talent tour, Susan Boyle has called in sick.
The favourite but runner-up in the show was a no-show for the concerts in Manchester on Sunday.Fans were told of the case of the missing Boyle as they arrived at the Manchester venue. Boyle was to perform two shows; a matinee and an evening show yesterday.
The Britain’s Got Talent tour commenced on Friday in Birmingham. Boyle sang two songs, ‘Memory’ and ‘I Dreamed A Dream’ at the start of part 2 of the show.
While she received a standing ovation at the Birmingham shows, the Manchester shows didn’t go so smooth. The BBC reports that the audience had a mixed reaction.
Boyle is expected to be back at work for the next show, Monday in Glasgow.
