Round 2 of The JD Set is about to kick off continuing Jack Daniel’s tradition of supporting music since 1892.
The name Jack Daniel was first associated with music when Jack himself formed his own band Jack Daniel’s Silver Cornet Band in 1892. In that time, music styles have changed but Jack Daniel’s commitment to music has not.The JD Set was setup to support Australia’s hottest emerging bands. Recently, You Am I headlined phase 1 of The JD Set 2009 and took winners The Glass Ceiling and The Shiny Brights on an Australian tour.
Jack Daniel’s gave The Glass Ceiling and The Shiny Brights a chance to tour on a national gig and experience life of the road, alongside icons of Aussie Rock You Am I.
