Pop punkers Good Charlotte will play a show in Bali on Good Friday courtesy of Jack Daniels.
Following the MGMT appearance in Byron that the JD Set sponsored, they’ve announced an odd show in Bali for Good Charlotte on Good Friday, April 22.
It’s going to be an strange sight, as holidaying Aussies, sunburnt Poms and bewildered locals get down to the pop rock anthems of the band at the Boshe VVIP Club in Kuta (yes, that's the Very Very Important People Club).
This is another example of the one-of-a-kind shows that the brown liquor merchants have been setting up here and there, including their Rottnest Island ‘Sun-set’ with The Living End and Gyroscope, MGMT’s beachside appearance, and this latest event.
If you won’t happen to be soaking up the rays in Kuta over Easter, there’s also an opportunity to win a ticket for you and a friend to head over to the island – including flights, accommodation and chance to meet the Maddens – via The JD Set’s Facebook.
