So it might not be five full decades, but to celebrate 45 years of music, Ross Wilson is holding a special one off gig at the Palais Theatre in Melbourne spanning his entire career.
The show is set to feature a huge array of guests from “every facet of his career”.Wilson began his career in 1964 with the band The Pink Finks and in the late 60s he found fame as front man for Daddy Cool where he had such hits as ‘Eagle Rock’ and ‘Come Back Again’.
In the 80s he had another resurgence with Mondo Rock whose hits include ‘Come Said The Boy’ and ‘Cool World’ amongst others.
This special show will take place at the Palais in Melbourne on Friday August 15. Tickets are on sale at 9am, July 6th through Ticketmaster.
