Megan Castran has uploaded video of Oprah Winfrey at her house dancing along to the Aussie rock classic ‘Eagle Rock’ by Aussie rock legend Ross Wilson.
The Oprah visit to Paul and Megan Castran’s Toorak home on Friday was no accident. The Castran’s had met Oprah on two previous occasions in the United States when they went to see her TV show in Chicago. On one of those visits, Megan slipped Oprah her card and Oprah kept it.
As Oprah wraps up her TV show, one of her final flings was to visit Australia where she will be filming two shows this week in Sydney.
Last week, she saw a bit of countryside including The Great Ocean Road in Victoria and Uluru in the Northern Territory.
On Friday, she made good a promise to drop in and say hi to the Castrans who had 20 of their friends along to meet the Queen of TV.
Ross Wilson was one of those. He performed his 1971 Daddy Cool classic for Oprah and she danced the ‘Eagle Rock’ like everyone else has done in Australia for the past 40 years.
