Gina Jeffreys, Beccy Cole and Sara Storer together are Songbirds and their next concert will be in movie theatres.
CinemaLive is taking Songbirds from the stage to the screen with a live performance at the movies for fans all over Australia. They did it previously with The Wiggles.The trio collectively have 26 Golden Guitar and ARIA Awards to their name.
The show was recorded live during the Tamworth Country Music Festival this year and will be screened in cinemas nationwide at 8pm on April 29.
For Sara, she’s afraid that she will be bigger on the screen and with good reason. She was pregnant with the show was filmed.
“I’ll feel like I’m preparing for twins. One baby which is mine and one I share with my two Songbird sisters. I’m really proud of the Songbirds: You’ve Got a Friend live filming but am worried how pregnant I will look shown on a big screen”, laughed Sara.
