According to the official Jimmy Eat World blog, the album the band is currently in the studio recording is going to be the best album in the last 21 years.
The cocky comment is linked to an interview with Angels and Airwaves' Tom DeLonge, where DeLonge says A&A's album was going to be "the best fucking album anyone has heard in 20 years", and complained about the Killers' front man Brandon Flowers claiming the same thing."I back the fact that he did it," DeLonge told MTV. "Labels are struggling, bands can't get on radio and something new is needed now. But didn't he know I said that? I mean, he must have heard that I said that first, right?"
Well Tom and Brandon, you'd better watch out, Jimmy Eat World is coming to town.
