Marianne Faithfull will perform a rare, intimate gig on April 15th in support of her upcoming album ‘Easy Come Easy Go’.
The show will feature the same band that appeared with her on stage at St Luke’s in London recently for the BBC Four session.The album features Marianne covering songs such as Billie Holiday’s ‘Solitude’, Merle Haggard’s ‘Sing Me Back Home’, Bessie Smith’s ‘Easy Come Easy Go Blues’, Morrissey’s ‘Dear God Please Help Me’ and Dolly Parton’s ‘Down From Dover’.
‘Easy Come Easy Go’ is her 22nd album.
She will officially launch the album with a performance at Royal Festival hall on July 20th.
