Sound Relief made history on the weekend.
120,000 fans attended the two shows in Sydney and Melbourne and generated $5 million for bushfire and flood victims in Victoria And Queensland. The Sound Relief concerts featured an address from Prince’s William and Harry, a rare performance from Barry Gibb and Coldplay downgraded to John Farnham’s backing band ... and loving it.
Midnight Oil reformed, Split Enz performed and Hunters & Collectors put their differences aside to play live for the first time in 12 years.
Toni Collette spoke, Jet rocked and Andrew Stockdale unveiled the new Wolfmother.
